MT-A110
Introduce
MT-A110 is one of the most versatile and flexible crush knife-holder for crush slitting. It works against the hardness anvil roller. Modular designed knife-holder has advantage of excellent rigidity which can accept 6kg/ cm² air pressure and provide stable down force to perform various material slitting job. It can replace score blade/zig zag blade/ k dash blade/wave blade for different slitting application. MT-A110 is using screw method to fix on guide-bar which is compatible with guide-bar GB01/GB02/GB04. Because of its versatility, MT-A110 is widely used in light rubber, paper, cloth, plastic film...etc.

Crush Cut Knives
130T Unibody Zigzag knife
The 130 teeth zigzag blade is made of tool steel (SKD-11) imported from Europe, processed by well heat treatment to increase its mechanical properties such as toughness and wear resistance. The blade tip is precisely ground to maintain an equal tooth pitch and peak, the slitting edge will generate the zigzag notch, to facilitate tearing along the notch. The zigzag blade is suitable for easy-tear applications such as medical tapes.

Bearings for score blade, there are two different model , 697ZZ is for 5.0mm thickness and 17mm inner diameter score blade ; 6900RS is for 6.2mm thickness and 22mm inner diameter.
